Toll Free Telephone Number

The new protocol for any residents finding unexploded ordnance is to call 911. The Navy has also established a toll free telephone number, 1 (866) 239 - 1219 ; available for residents and visitors to Adak to report ordnance hazards or any other concerns they have regarding environmental institutional controls. The number has been included in educational material and fact sheets. Signs with telephone numbers will be updated with the toll-free number as they require replacement.

Email Address

The Navy has created an e-mail address, EFPB-AdakExcaNot@navy.mil, available through public access internet, which Adak residents can direct questions to. Sending mail to this address delivers it to multiple Navy employees, capable of responding to questions on diverse topics. The address was originally created to support the excavation notification process; but, any questions sent to that location will be addressed. This service will be maintained into the future.
